1. The wall space shall be roughly leveled and purged cleanly.(For the smooth surface of plastic, wood that has low water absorbing capacity, wire netting shall be nailed and paved. In addition, the basal face thick in 2cm shall be made. On if after fully maintained , pavement and applying can be started and adhesion shall be according to the horizontal line .)
2. Before adhering the culture stone,4 to 6 boxes of products shall be opend.The culture stone shall be in order on the flat ground for pavement and applying .(The culture stones with similar dimension and shape and same color shall not be adjacent .)
3. The adhesive agent shall be proprotined according to the required ratio.
4. The adhesive surface and basal surface of the culture stone shall be fully soaked.
5. The corner stone shall be applied firstly.Then the plane shall be applied taking the horzontal line of the corner stone as the benchmark.The joints shall be relatively homogeneous. The culture are stone shall be fully pushed to the degree that squeezing out of adhesive agent can be found around the culture stone.
6. The adhesive agent can be daubed at the central part of the bottom of the culture stone and cast up in chevron form(In applying the antique brick ,a thin layer of adhesive agent can be daubed in the bottom of the antique brick .)If a large area of surface is fouled because of unfamilianrness,the culture stone shall be used after purging with the brush.
7. If there is requirement in construction,the culture stone can be cut for adjustment.
8. The coating can be filled in the plastic bag to fill in the joint,and the depth of the joint shall be controlled well.The joint is deeper,and the cubic effect is better.For some of products,it is unnecessary to remain joints.
9. After primary coagulatin of the joint filler,the redundant joint filling shall be removed with the bamboo strip and the joint surface shall be repaired with hairbrush moistened with water.If a little joint filler or adhesive agent is adhered to the culture stone surface carelessly,they shall be removed with brush after drying.
10. If the culture stone is at the outdoor,it shall be cured for a week after pavement and applying.Then,the protective agent can be sprayed for preservative treatment after the product and joint filler become dry basically(Then,it will have some characteristics,such as water proof,anti-freezing ,anti-ultraviolet,anti-alkali returning and so on.)
11. Required treatmentof joint remaining
(1) For the mosaic culture stone,the joint shall be remained according the effect requirement.
(2) For the antique brick,thestandard joint is 10mm.In work of the surface cement slurry of the wall surface,it is better to utilize the comb spatula for inceasing the strength of the adhesive agent between the product and wall surface.
